Luxury Frontiers is seeking an experienced Associate in Interior Architecture and Design to lead the design and delivery of immersive hospitality interiors across a range of global projects. This role oversees the interior design and procurement department, guiding projects from concept through implementation with a focus on design integrity, technical excellence and thoughtful execution.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative vision, advanced technical knowledge and leadership experience, with the ability to shape exceptional interior environments while mentoring teams and managing complex project delivery. This role is suited to someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative and passionate about crafting meaningful guest experiences through design.

Requirements for this role include:

• Master’s in Architecture (MArch) or Master’s in Architectural Technology (MTech)

• 8–10 years of Architectural experience

• 2–3 years’ experience in a management or team leadership role

• Proven experience within the hospitality design industry

• Project management experience advantageous

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows

• Strong technical resolution and construction knowledge

• Creative problem-solving ability and a strong eye for detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Registration with SACAP

• South African citizen or valid South African work permit

• Valid passport
